People buy more organic foods than conventional food, because it is healthier and safer. One of many reasons why it's better is, cannibalism, it is unacceptable in organic morals, which correlates with a disorder of "Mad Cow Disease".  We should switch our eating habits to healthy, yet organic foods instead of processed items such as fast food markets. Based on a article, in 2011 about 78% of people invested their money to buying organic foods. Organic products are harmless, because of the way it is processed in farming growth.
Organic and natural may seem similar, but they are very much different. The word "organic" specifies the style of how the farmers grow and process the products, for example fruits, dairies, meats and vegetables. There is a certain type of way to growing the plants, seeds they use are free of (GMO) genetically modified organism.  According to an article, organic does a lot of composting or uses manure as a natural fertilizer to feed the plants and soil. When it comes to our dairy and meats, organic growing doesn't  have factories nor chemicals, where they make the animals grow faster or suffocate them into one small facility, which I read and watch in the meatrix. Organic growth in meat, has the animals free of open space and has them grow naturally on their own. The animals are in a non-toxic environment , which helps downsize diseases and are on a stabilized diet.
Organics may be healthier, but the pricing of their products are higher than conventional foods.  Their items are expensive because more labor is being put in compared to conventional , since there are no chemicals or antibiotics added to the product, farmers have hands-on working, for instants, cleaning up polluted water, or hand weeding the plants. Another reason why it's expensive is, demand over supply. According to the USDA, sales in organic food increased from $3.6 billion in 1997 to $21.1 billion because people refer to eating organic instead of conventional food. Organic farms harvest less than conventional products, and since organic crops are held and shipped in smaller portions, this causes higher shipping cost since most farms are far from major cities.
Not only organic foods are a good and healthy, but they can actually  save the world. Organic foods would have been the same price as conventional food if the U.S. and other places would sponsor to them , there is no support whatsoever for organic farming. The benefit of this if the U.S was to support, Americans have the option to choose cleaner foods than the other. Saving the world with organic products means, the used of  less water to growing their plants because no such chemical are added to the farming. Organic farming has less pollution, it has no petroleum-derived fertilizers, which that can cause a climate change to the environment.
We must be wise when choosing our foods.  Always select your items from different sources, to get better nutrients in the body . Eating and choosing organic food should be the best option for people. Conventional food pricing is less than organic even though it doesn't have snacks or some foods that you're used to in regular supermarkets, but the point is to eating healthier and knowing that it's safe to eat, so it is a bang for your buck.

I forgot it has to be 2000 words. Will write more.
